Value add chart
A value add chart is a visual depiction of both value add and non value add time within a process. A value ad chart is used to portray results from value add analysis
The value add chart is comprised of
* Processes or steps* Value add time
* Non-Value add time
For each step in the process the time spent on value add and non value add tasks is recorded and displayed.
